In 1984, started our activities by producing steel structure cladding requirements from pre-painted and corrugated steel sheets and sandwich panels insulated with polyurethane which is heat insulant.

In 1990, the activities has been varied by involving the manufacturing and installing of the steel structures, trusses, prefabricated buildings and cold stores.

In 1995, Al-Fateh company for engineering industries has been established, producing the heavy steel structure needed for cement mills, power stations, big fuel tanks and its electromechanical erections and multi-purpose caravans.

In 1999, started producing the Space Trusses, high way guard bomber, over head cranes, pressure tanks and hydraulic overlap vehicles.

In 2000, seeds and grain Silo's has been added to the production activities, as well as steel gates, irrigation roller gates and culverts. And set up the production work shop for the heavy plants needed by many factories for producing nontraditional equipment, maintenance works and spare parts.

Nowadays the third company's factory is  working in new Beni Swif industrial city on 30000 m2.
